How will I receive my purchase?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link and a password for your product's access page. Open the link, enter the password, then tap the button inside to launch your tool — everything runs in your browser, nothing to download or install.
Is this a physical product?
No. All Unmess products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to your address.
Can I use the products on my phone?
All products work perfectly on phones, tablets and computers.
Can I use the products on my iPad?
Yes, many products are designed to work beautifully on iPads.
Do I need a special app?
No. Every Unmess tool runs directly in your browser — no app, no installation. Just open the link from your confirmation email, enter your password, and tap the button to launch it.
Can I print the planners?
Yes, if the product is designed to be printable. Check the product description to see whether it's optimized for digital use, printing, or both.
Will I receive future updates?
If a product receives improvements or bug fixes, you'll be able to download the updated version at no additional cost, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Can I share my files?
Your purchase includes a personal license. Please don't share, redistribute, resell or upload the files elsewhere. Supporting independent creators helps us keep making new products.
Can I sell or modify your products?
No. You may use them for your personal organization, but they cannot be resold, redistributed or included in commercial products.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through Shopify's supported payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email info@unmess.shop with your order number and we'll refund you in full.
I haven't received my download email.
First, check your Spam, Promotions or Junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend your download link as quickly as possible.
I accidentally purchased the same product twice.
Send us your order number and we'll help you resolve the issue.
The file won't open. What should I do?
Our tools run in the browser now, so there's nothing to open locally. If the link or password isn't working, double-check you copied both correctly from your email — or contact us and we'll sort it out right away.
