Every UNMESS product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If it’s not right for you, email info@unmess.shop within 30 days of your purchase (include your order number) and we’ll refund you in full.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• We process refunds within 14 days of your request; your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

EU & UK consumers

As a consumer in the EU or UK you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this statutory right ends once delivery begins with your express consent at checkout — but our 30-day guarantee is broader and applies regardless, so you’re always covered for the full 30 days.
